The spaces for Commercial Vendors are limited, consequently, applications will be accepted on a first received first accepted basis. If all of the spaces have been filled your application will be placed on a waiting list and your will be notified of your position on this list.
Note: The event area will be patrolled by security during non-event hours Friday-Saturday.
- All applications must be accompanied by four (4) photos: three (3) showing samples of your goods for sale and one (1) of your booth.
- Photos are accepted electronically. Images should be of jpeg/tiff/gif/png format with image size less than 1.8 MBs.
- Alternatively, photos may be mailed with the application. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your entry form only if you want your photos returned.
- Please note any specific requests that you may have on the application form. We will try, but cannot guarantee all requests.
- Please include payment in full with application. If you are paying by credit card, please check the indicated box and when your application is received, you will receive an invoice requesting payment including directions on how to pay with your Credit Card using PayPal.
- If paying with check or money order, make payable to JART, Inc., and mail to Spotsy Arts Festival, PO Box 274, Montross, VA 22520
- Checks will be deposited upon receipt. Please note that a deposited check does not equal acceptance into the show.
- A $35 fee will be charged each time a check is returned for insufficient funds.

Commercial Vendor Cancellation
Vendors may cancel a show for any reason, however there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason. When an applicant is not accepted as an Vendor, their application fee, will be returned.
